IMG 20160105 151539Stress pushes your mind, body and soul out of balance, which can lead to physical, emotional and mental problems. Too much stress depletes our reserves, especially where our adrenal gland is concerned which lessons our ability to handle additional stress.
You may look and act relatively normal with adrenal fatigue and may not have any obvious signs of physical illness, yet you live with a general sense of un-wellness, tiredness or iffy feelings. People experiencing adrenal fatigue often have to use coffee, colas and other stimulants to get going and to prop themselves up during the day.

Adrenal fatigue leads to exhaustion where you are unable to return your body, mind and soul to its normal state. We suffer physical, emotional and mental breakdowns and are given prescription drugs to cope, that are actually doing more damage than good.
Everything is energy which is distinguished by its rate of vibration. Physical matter vibrates at a lower frequency than emotions, which in turn are lower than thoughts.
While stress can manifest physically, the underlying energies that cause stress are not physical. These low vibrating, non-physical energies can lead to anxiety, fear and anger.

You need to get rid of the underlying energies or your health will suffer in the long run. The best way to do this is to be in direct contact with your innermost self.  This is best achieved through meditation. Doing this daily will help alleviate stress.

Meditation is a more fundamental solution to coping with stress. Another way is to pay attention to what you are thinking. The average person has around 1000 thought an hour. Do your thoughts allow you to be loving, generous and compassionate in your relationships or do they provide conflict, distance or isolation? Do they allow you a happy fulfilling life or a life of poverty and problems?

If you do not feed your mind with constructive and useful information the mind will feed itself (usually with trivialities) as the mind cannot tolerate boredom and needs to be busy at all times.

The matrix is full of fear based thoughts and emotions that condition us to accept limitations. By thinking negative fear based thoughts you are allowing the matrix to dictate your life.  Getting rid of emotions such as fear and anger will help you transcend to higher states of consciousness. Download more of your own true self and at the same time attract others of similar vibration and get rid of the stress in your life.

Here are some underlying meanings for some negative emotions we may experience.

Brainwashed – No authentic thoughts, feelings, beliefs – only collective culture.

Anger, frustration, jealousy, resentment – All a means to control, dominate and manipulate others.

Depression – a means to receive attention and sympathy.

Feeling worthless and fearful – the minds justification for non-performance in the world.

Being in pain, experiencing grief and suffering – certain expectations that have not been met or communicated to the person/s involved.

Lonely and isolated – wanting to avoid the world at large, lack of connection with others and the need to reach out.

Tired and bored – your mind switches off in order to protect your harmful belief system.

Guilt – self punishment for a so called wrong doing, yet you keep repeating the un-allowed actions – after all, you have already paid the price.
