Due to high demand, please note that all written readings and questions can take up to 72 hours before delivery. This does not include weekends.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 
Your consultation time has been reserved especially for you, however, we understand that plans change. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your booking time, so we can accommodate the needs of other clients. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge. The full consultation fee will be charged for no-shows.

LATE ARRIVAL:

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable consultation time. We do our utmost to accommodate late arrivals but, out of consideration for other clients, your consultation will end at the time originally scheduled.
